Nick has been Middletons’ national managing partner since 1 January 2005 and is a proud advocate of the firm’s straight talking philosophy. Prior to that, he was a partner in the firm’s corporate and commercial group and the chairman of partners.

Nick has guided the firm through a period of massive change and growth, promoting the firm’s strategy in areas as diverse as brand and client satisfaction, cultural change and lateral partner recruitment. His focus remains on growing the firm in Melbourne, Sydney and Perth so the firm can continue to provide first-rate consistent service to its clients across all offices.
