Kathy has 15 years experience in industrial, employment and discrimination/equal opportunity and occupational health and safety law. She advises employers across a broad range of industries including banking and finance, manufacturing, retail, professional services, entertainment and information technology.
Kathy acts for clients in all aspects of workplace relations including enterprise bargaining and industrial dispute resolution, workplace restructures and corporate due diligence, employment contracts and service agreements, termination of employment, discrimination and harassment claims, freedom of association issues, performance management and discipline, workplace policies and training programs.
Kathy is a member of the Australian Human Resources Institute, the Industrial Relations Society of Victoria and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
