Our capital markets work includes initial public offerings (IPOs), private placements, renounceable and non-renounceable rights issues and ‘backdoor’ listings. Whatever the chosen process, we provide a full range of advice on matters from preparatory restructuring and due diligence through to post listing corporate governance.
Our work in debt funding includes secured, unsecured and securitised debt, subordinated debt and debt securities in domestic and international markets including commercial paper securities, medium term notes and mezzanine notes.
